The TITAN Vertical storage carousel is made up of a series of shelves or ‘carriers’ that rotate and scan in front of a pick window.

Items are retrieved by swiping a barcode id, keying in the name, number or via a PC or manually by keying in a level number on the built-in keypad.

The carousel will move the appropriate shelf to the pick window and point to the appropriate bin or compartment with a light. This makes your operator more efficient (Access to parts in a matter of seconds) and makes your warehouse or stores neater and more streamlined.

Saving valuable space …

By employing otherwise inaccessible and unusable overhead space, the TITAN carousel (VSU) substantially reduces the floor area required.
Footprint per cubic meter of accessible storage is minimised.
Typically 40 to 400% space is saved compared to conventional solutions.
